As CEO , Jafer is focused on leading ECMI, to own 5% of Global-IT Services.
By 2010, the Global-IT Services industry is forecast to reach a value of $951.3 billion, over the 2005-2010 period. His goal is to Position ECMI in the right track so that it plays a major role in forecasted growth of Global-IT services industry and leads the global IT-services industry by 2020.
Jafer’s 12 years of professional background combines extensive software development and professional services delivery and management. He has spent past six years working in development of enterprise content systems for one of the world’s leading Fortune 500 companies, Pfizer Inc. Jafer, Also has widespread international software development system integration and consulting experience. Jafer’s software achievements includes six years of consulting in design and development of Claim Handling System (Pfizer Inc.), and other projects like Enterprise Reporting system (Wellington Management Company LLP, Boston), Container Tracking System (Klang Container Terminal), Database Marketing Tool (Star Solutions).
He has experience in leading a team of 30 engineers and knowledge in managing off-shore teams. His success includes simplifying a stand-alone document management system into a simple database process, which resulted in a great ROI to Pfizer Inc., by cutting cost both in the system maintenance and workflow performance. Also Jafer developed many efficient auto processes that increased operational efficiencies of the company. He is the first person to introduce Oracle SOA suit and BPEL processes to his consulting team.

M.A. Jinnah, President Asia Pacific, Co-founder
Jinnah handles complete onshore and offshore operations & marketing activities of ECMI.
With more than 30 years of experience in management and marketing across the globe, Jinnah, has vast experience in software product development, resource management , export and import operations.. In his role as vice president of Bharai Information technology systems, he headed outsourcing division of the company with 450 software development employees, he designed a complete organizational structure and growth strategy for the company. As a general manager and head of business development (operations) for Transworld information systems inc, he has implemented many strategic growth plans towards a successful growth of the company.
Jinnah’s professional background combines extensive startup experience with years of software development and professional services delivery and management. Jinnah, as a leader in operation and marketing has successfully brought revenues above millions of US dollars to the companies.

Ilavarasan Maharajan, Chief Technology Officer
Ilavarasan is the CTO for EMCI, handing the complete life cycle of ECMI’s system integration and enterprise content management projects, which includes direct client interactions, requirement gathering, cost estimation, team building, design, developing, implementation, production, and maintenance support.
Ilavarasan has 12 years of professional experience in the field of information technology.
Ilavarasan, the Architect of OthersOnline, an online social networking platform pioneering push-based matching and facilitating online chatting. He has worked with various product development companies in and around Seattle area like Web Content Syndication Solutions and Automobile Portal. His current focus is around cutting-edge technologies using light weight Web frameworks and VOIP.
After serving on various companies in the internet age, Ilavarasan assumed the title of Chief Technology Officer of his new venture along with his earlier colleagues and friends. He previously held the position of Technical Architect at Aditi Technologies from August 2005 until April 2007. Before joining Aditi in August 2007, Ilavarasan was working with Netkraft an internet solution evangelist. There he was leading the technology incubation center for Java and OpenSource product development and knowledge management. During his stint with Netkraft, he traveled to on-site customers in the United States, United Kingdom and Belgium for various business communication needs, helping customers layout a road map for their technology solutions.
